I want everyone to love their bikini! If there is any reason at all that you find your purchase is not suitable then I am more than happy to organise an exchange or refund for you. Any item returned must be in brand new and unworn condition and any refund made excludes postage costs paid & customers are accountable for postage costs for returning the item.
Should you find your bikini isn't right for you then drop me a message within 7 days of receiving it & I will happily give you all details of the returns process :)
Refunds/exchanges can only be sent once the original bikini is received back so please allow time for this process.
If you require an exchange then additional postage costs will need to be paid by the customer so the replacement can be sent out to you.
